Dear Brian,
I see this guy every day.  He is so hot!  I have liked him for a long time and I don't think he knows it. I want to talk to him but I am scared because I don't know how to talk to him... Can you help me?

Yes, I think I can help you. My advice? TALK TO HIM! Sure, you're scared, but one of the interesting things about fear is how closely it resembles excitement, including the excitement that comes with sexual attraction. Your heart beats faster and you may even feel a little dizzy. In order to work up the nerve to talk to this boy, you should concentrate on how hot he makes you feel. If he makes you as hot as you claim, he holds a certain power over you. Submit to it! Tell yourself over and over again how hot he is and how much you want him to know it, then tellhim. Be vulnerable. Let your excitement overcome your fear. Sure, you'll be risking rejection, but everything worthwhile involves a risk of some kind.
