"Where to begin… I only had two days left on my subscription. I saw Darold's profile and clicked on it and saw that he had showed interest in me as well. We then began chatting on messenger and found that we had so much in common. It was unreal that I could find somebody with so many of the same interests that I had. After a few days of chatting on the computer, we then began to talk on phone and we found that we still even had more in common. We finally met two weeks later, remember that we had talked on the phone as often as we could. Thank God for a cell phone. Darold lives in Texas and I live in Kansas. Talk about long distance… it was only 989 miles apart. We thought that since we had so much in common, that we would meet on July 9th in Grove, Oklahoma. I had friends there, and they all were so supportive, and it was half way for both of us.

We finally met on July 9th. It was a Friday night and he arrived at 12:30. When we saw each other, there was no awkwardness. It felt like I had not seen him in years. We were both so happy that we had made the trip to meet each other. After spending the weekend together, we knew that we were going to be together forever, and at that time I knew that I was going to spend the rest of my life with him. Since then we have met every other weekend, and are still seeing each other. I almost gave up on love till I meet Darold. He is the most caring, sensitive and honest man I have ever met and I thank God every day for him. I have made plans to move to Texas to be with him in October.
