Making The Connection - Tips For getting Noticed
Comment from AJ Reading most of these tips has been helpful to me and I will use them on my next date/night out.
Comment from Scifiyank Show up in an exotic sports car the likes of which the locals have never seen. When you see a prospect you ask her for directions.
Comment from angelofyoureye EYE CONTACT!!!! Hello..people, if you are out and you catch someone's eye more than once, more than likely they looked back to get a second glance. ;) To utilize this, don't play head games, look at that cute guy/girl and work your way to them. Don't directly go straight for them, it comes across to pushy. But smile, and slowly, dance, or buy a drink around were they are standing. Once you are close enough, see if you can make eye contact again. If you do, then they were watching you, and you've almost succeeded in talking to your prospect. If eye contact is not possible, then don't sweat it, if they come around again you can try again, but for now, just have fun wherever you are. For those of you who got the eye contact again, be brave, take a DEEP Breath, and say… "Hi, how’s it going?" Trust me, it works all the time. But for those of you that go out just to find someone to be with… the best way to succeed is to go out and have fun with your friends. It is when you aren't looking for someone that they happen to fall right into your life. Happy Hunting.
Comment from sherid don't wear too much perfume it kills a conversation have good hygiene and oral care talk clear not too loud enjoy yourself it's not the end of the world.
Comment from mummy996 Hi can l meet. I saw you sitting alone; I felt you might need a company. Hi, just feel like talking to someone.
Comment from The crowd pleaser Become the center off attention. I find it easier to look for singles if they can notice me first. I don't do any thing immature or anything to be cruel to anyone, usually something small like an announcement for the bartender or something. If you can get their attention, even for only a few moments, they feel like you are an easily approachable type of person who obviously has some confidence. Don't get me wrong though. Trying something like this can easily be messed up if you’re a maroon about it. Like I said keep small just enough to let them know you are right there in the same room.
